Our Policy

At Bhoojeevan Organics Pvt. Ltd., we take great care in preparing and packaging our organic vermicompost, pot mixtures, and gardening products. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered.

When Are Returns Accepted?

Returns and refunds are considered only in the following special circumstances:

  • Damaged product on arrival — If the product is received in a damaged, torn, or leaking condition due to transit.
  • Wrong product delivered — If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Quality issue — If the product is found to be defective or significantly different from the description on our website.

How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Share clear photos or a video of the product showing the issue.
  3. Include your order number and contact details.

Refund Process

  • Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will initiate a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened and used.
  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
