Yes, vermicompost for plants is an excellent choice for indoor plants. It boosts soil health, microbial activity & enhances water retention.

For potted indoor plants, use about 1-2 tbsp of vermicompost fertilizer once every two weeks. For garden beds or outdoor plants, you can mix a handful into the top layer of the soil.

Compost is made by natural decomposition of organic materials, whereas vermicompost fertilizer is produced with the help of earthworms. The worms break down the material more efficiently, resulting in finer texture, higher microbial activity & faster nutrient availability.

It's not recommended to plant directly in pure vermicompost for plants, as it's highly nutrient-dense & may overwhelm young roots. Instead, mix it with garden soil or potting mix in a 1:3 ratio to provide a balanced growing medium.
