Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotional periods.
Packaging
All our products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Vermicompost and pot mixture bags are sealed in durable packaging to retain moisture and quality.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order through the courier partner's website or by contacting us directly.
Undelivered / Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the courier may reattempt delivery. If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
